Frequently Asked Questions
Add stock items to cart and checkout. For custom pieces, email info@woodendream.dk to start a project.
Major cards (via Shopify). Apple Pay/Google Pay may be available at checkout.
Stock items: before dispatch. Custom orders: before production begins or materials are purchased. After that, changes may incur costs; cancellations may be partially refundable only (minus committed costs).
Custom Furniture (Commissions) – process note:
A non-refundable materials deposit may be required. Work starts once the design is approved and materials are purchased.
Returns (policy page snippet):
Custom/commissioned pieces are non-returnable once production has begun or materials have been purchased
Not yet. Denmark only for now (Nordics/EU may be added later).
Stock/standard items usually dispatch in 1–2 business days
Typically 1–5 business days within Denmark (remote areas may take longer).
Primarily high-quality oak, ash, walnut, and beech with natural finishes. We’ll agree on samples together for custom pieces.
